Street teams are sometimes called launch teams. Basically, it’s a group of people united by the common goal of spreading the word about a specific author’s book (or books). So this street team (the Ninja Cats) is dedicated to telling everybody about my books, and it’s full of people who are excited about my stories and enthusiastic about sharing them with their friends, families, loved ones, pets, coworkers, distant cousins, and any visiting extraterrestrials who happen to be passing through. 

Because of the number of requests that may come in, it might take a day or two for you to get approval to join. Also, please keep in mind that this is an application process, so not everyone who applies will be approved. 

Asking you to be excited and vocal about my books is a lot, so in thanks for your participation, you’ll get access to a bunch of really awesome stuff that you can only get as a member of NinjaCats. Here’s a sample of what you can expect: 

• Exclusive membership in the NinjaCats Street Team Facebook Group where you can share your thoughts about my books, talk to me directly, and engage with other fans about your favorite characters 
• Exclusive access to giveaways, promotional materials, and other stuff like autographed books and other amazing swag
• Birthday greetings from your favorite A.C. Williams character
• Special Hangout sessions where I’ll just show up live to answer questions about life, the universe, and everything (even though everyone already knows that answer).
• And that’s just the beginning!

But being part of my street team also means that I’m going to ask you to do a couple of things for me too. These things aren’t required, but they are encouraged. And it would be AWESOME if you’d try more than one!

• Buy the book(s) during their first week of release (this helps with Amazon and bookstore rankings).
• Leave an honest review as soon as possible on any or all online retailers.
• Tell the people you know about my books and share them with your friends and family (just generally spreading the word!)
• Ask your local library to order my book (if you give them the title and author name, usually they can take care of the rest).
• Talk about my books on social media or on the Interwebs in general, whether it’s Bookstagram, a book blog, or just a status update.
